Kosan Murah di Cirebon dengan fasilitas tak kalah dengan kosan mahal, ia kosan ini berada di tengah-tengah kawasan kampus diantaranya kampus STIMIK, IAIN, DARMAHUSADA, STF FARMASI dan Unswagati kampus II dan III. Serta tempat makan yang mudah dicari dengan fasilitas 24 jam berada disekitar sini.

Kosan ini berada di jalan Majasem Cirebon, dengan fasilitas kamar mandi di dalam,lemari baju dan kasur Springbad. Untuk PRIA dan WANITA, setiap kamar bersekat antara satu dengan yang lain. Luas Kamar 3x4,5.
